Hey there! If you've been following along over on our Facebook or Twitter pages, you may already know that I'm excited to have my designs available at the Penticton Farmer's Market this summer! 

Penticton is the city where I grew up, and even though I've been away for a long time now, it's still always one of my favorite places to visit - especially in the summer. Days spent wine tasting, beach or poolside, biking on the KVR, ice cream at Tickleberry's in OK Falls - it really doesn't get much better! Of course, if you visit Penticton in the summer, the Farmer's Market is always a must. Aside from the fresh local produce, there is always something yummy to eat, fantastic buskers, and it's a place you're guaranteed to see at least a dozen people you know. 

It was natural then, that I quickly agreed when Elise, a friend from the Okanagan, told me about her idea of selling Keltie Leanne Designs at the market this summer. Elise and I had a great day working at the market over the May long weekend, and I'm looking forward to joining her again over the July Long! In the meantime, you can find Elise selling Keltie Leanne jewellery most Saturdays this summer. Lofty Living - Mother's Day Trunk Show

Happy Friday, Everyone! I hope you had a wonderful week, and have lots of fun plans lined up for the weekend. The weather here in Vancouver is supposed to be spec-tacular, so I'm hoping for lots of time on my bike and patio beers!

I wanted to let you all know about a fun event that I'm going to be taking part in, next Saturday, May 11th, from 11am-5pm. The lovely Lofty Living in New Westminster is hosting a special Mother's Day Jewellery Trunk Show with a bunch of their favorite designers, and I'm thrilled to be a part of that mix. 

 
If you're not already familiar with Lofty Living, they are a beautiful home decor, furniture and gift boutique; think yummy Voluspa candles, colorful throw pillows, accessories and more. In addition to jewellery designers like Social Experiment, Alden Rae and erinlaura, Lofty Living will also be hosting Jackson Rowe (one of my fav local lines of chic scarves) and yummy treats from Chez Moi Macarons. Finally, they will be offering a special, 1-day only 20% off discount on the various trunk show collections. 

Again, the event will be held on May 11th, from 11am - 5pm, at 616 Columbia Street in New Westminster. So grab your mom for a fun girl's afternoon of shopping, and I can't wait to see you there!

Bring On The Bling

Hey there lovelies! I wanted to let you know about an exciting event that I'll be taking part in this weekend, at Yaletown's Fine Finds Boutique. 

Fine Finds is hosting a very special "Bring On The Bling" jewellery event, featuring over a dozen local designers, champagne and cookies, plus 25% off all jewellery. I may need to leave my own credit card at home because really, it's a bit of a rarity to see so many gorgeous, handcrafted designs on sale in the same place - not to mention the fact that it's always special to meet the designer and hear the story behind the jewellery you wear. Really, what better excuse to shop for something sparkly? Let's just say if you're anything like me, there's never a reason not to peruse lovely gems while drinking a bit of bubbly, so mark your calendar already!

I will be at the store on Sunday from noon until 6 pm, but there is a great line up of other talented designers who will be on location at Fine Finds starting today, including Lisbeth, Wolf Circus, Mikel Grant and Olivia Solie Jewelry - just to name a few.

Save The Date: Portobello West

Our new Spring line will be at Portobello West, Mar. 23 & 24

Hi Lovelies! I wanted to let all of you Vancouverites (and visiting out-of-towners!) know about the upcoming Spring Portobello West Market on March 23rd and 24th.

If you haven't been to Portobello West, this is a great opportunity to shop for fantastic local products made by equally fantastic designers. You'll find everything art and design related - from clothing and jewellery, to belts and bags, to paintings and stationary - plus some yummy chocolates, handmade soaps, baby products - you name it. I'm excited to once again be a part of this awesome market, and of course, will be there with my new Spring line! I'll also have a small collection of items from past seasons that will be specially discounted - a rare occurrence - so be sure to come early for the best pick of sale jewels and new goodies.

The Portobello West Market takes place in the Creekside Community Centre in False Creek, so it's a great chance for a beautiful stroll or bike ride along the sea wall (weather permitting, unless you're braver than I am - i.e. less vain about your hair) followed by shopping at the market, and coffee at Terra Breads in the Athlete's Village. Let Them Eat Cake: Spring Debut at Fine Finds

Hello lovelies! I have a special invite for you all today - the wonderful Fine Finds Boutique in Yaletown is celebrating their 13th Anniversary this coming weekend, and they want you all to join in the fun! 

If you've never visited Fine Finds (what are you waiting for?? You've only had 13 years, people!) they carry a range of women's clothing, accessories, fun gifts, bridal goodies and of course, lots of fantastic, locally made jewellery. The best part, is the soiree coincides perfectly with the launch of my own Spring collection, so they've asked me to bring all of the new designs to show off in person. You will also have the chance to peruse the Spring wares from a few other fabulous Vancouver-based designers including Lisbeth, Fruits of Whim, Birds of a Feather, Mikel Lefler and Lover's Tempo.
