Save The Date: Portobello West

Our new Spring line will be at Portobello West, Mar. 23 & 24

Hi Lovelies! I wanted to let all of you Vancouverites (and visiting out-of-towners!) know about the upcoming Spring Portobello West Market on March 23rd and 24th.

If you haven't been to Portobello West, this is a great opportunity to shop for fantastic local products made by equally fantastic designers. You'll find everything art and design related - from clothing and jewellery, to belts and bags, to paintings and stationary - plus some yummy chocolates, handmade soaps, baby products - you name it. I'm excited to once again be a part of this awesome market, and of course, will be there with my new Spring line! I'll also have a small collection of items from past seasons that will be specially discounted - a rare occurrence - so be sure to come early for the best pick of sale jewels and new goodies.

The Portobello West Market takes place in the Creekside Community Centre in False Creek, so it's a great chance for a beautiful stroll or bike ride along the sea wall (weather permitting, unless you're braver than I am - i.e. less vain about your hair) followed by shopping at the market, and coffee at Terra Breads in the Athlete's Village. The Latest Scoop

It's been a busy couple of months with the launch of our new Fall line, the introduction of Keltie Leanne Designs at two new retailers (!), the September Portobello West market, and all of the day-to-day going ons of this little-business-that-could.

I'm excited that our jewels are now available at six Lower Mainland retailers, the latest being Main Street's Lüt Boutique and as of Thanksgiving Weekend, Fine Finds in Yaletown. Both stores stock a range of fantastic clothing and accessory brands and are great supporters of local and Canadian designers. I'm super happy to see our pieces available in different parts of the city and some of my favorite Vancouver neighborhoods. Of course, I'd love to hear if there is a store that you think would be perfect for Keltie Leanne Designs!

We will also be taking part in the upcoming Portobello West Market on November 24th/25th, so I've been kicking production into high gear! If you haven't been to Portobello West in the past, this market is a fantastic place to shop a range of local brands including clothing, jewellery, and baby products, in a fun and friendly environment. The next two months are bound to be crazy busy (Christmas shopping, anyone?) and I'm sure, lots of fun (if not a bit exhausting!).
