One of the challenges of being a (relatively) new entrepreneur is the fact that you end up doing and managing a LOT yourself. While admittedly there are some facets of the business that I get a helping hand with, overseeing and staying on top of items ranging from our website to new product design and creation, to marketing and PR, means that a lot of my to-dos get put on a looong list, and reside there for lengthy periods of time before getting tackled.
